How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days and Express 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $70 or more.

What's your return policy?

You can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us first and we'll send you return instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Will my chain fade or turn my skin green?

Our stainless steel chains and bracelets are made to resist rust, tarnish and fading, and they're backed by our 1-year no-fade guarantee. If one fades under normal wear within a year, we'll replace it free.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that's nearly as hard as diamond and has even more sparkle. Our moissanite tennis chains are set in 925 sterling silver, pass a standard diamond tester and include a certificate.

How do I choose a chain length?

As a general guide on most men: 18" sits at the base of the neck, 20" rests on the collarbone, 22" falls just below it and 24" lands mid-chest. Each product page has a length guide.

Are your watches water resistant?

It depends on the watch. Our dive-style watches are built to handle water. Most dress and fashion watches are splash resistant only and shouldn't be worn swimming or in the shower. Check the specifications on each product page.
